Latvia

The Roberts have lived in Jelgava since 1997. We have spent a lot of time together over the years and appreciate their friendship. They are going home for itineration and to teach at SAGU in Waxahachie, TX for a year.


We did a little touring this time in Latvia and got to visit the Rundales Castle Museum. It is dated back from the 17th to 19th century and very beautiful!






Here we are in the Throne Room where the only piece of furniture was the throne for the Duke. (Notice our cute blue shoe covers we got to wear!)







Beautiful rooms filled with pottery were situated throughout the museum.
