Gages were here

Clarke and Carolyn Gage, missionary pastors for the Eurasia Northwest and Russia Areas, were here to visit for a week. They had time to meet with all our missionaries individually and together as a team. It was a fantastic week with them.

We saw first-hand how hard they work from morning til late at night answering emails and in communication with missionaries all the time. They truly have a ministry of encouragement and wisdom to offer to others. They were a blessing to Team Lithuania during their week with us.

First Independence Day

Today, February 16th, is the first Independence Day for Lithuania. This one took place in 1913 from Russia.

Flags were flying everywhere! It was great to see them out. There is a definite patriotic heart in the country. Homes and businesses had flags all through the country.

A Sunday in Visaginas

We enjoyed a Sunday service in Visaginas. They have two worship teams. One is the older style of Russian songs and the other is a younger version.

The people in this church like to worship the Lord and are eager to meet together on Sundays.

Visaginas Marriage Seminar

Had another great time for a marriage seminar in Visaginas. We are thankful for the opportunity to touch lives through these seminars.

Pastor Tony

We had the privilege of having Pastor Tony Graffam, from Warren, Ohio, (second one in from the left side) join our team for a day. He shared about the "Seasons in Relationships" and how it applied to us personally as well as in the ministry. It was very encouraging and informative.

Pastor Tony is Sharon McCammon's pastor. He was here for ministry in several places on the topic of leadership training. He got to see some of Sharon's work with children first-hand. We are thankful for his investment in Lithuania once again. (This is not his first trip and we look forward to the next one!)

Still WINTER!

The pictures will give the full picture :) It is beautiful here!!!!!!!

This is our front porch and then you walk down the stairs and drive down the steep driveway. It can be quite challenging in this weather.

The snowy stairs are in the backyard and lead up to our kitchen window.
