Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas MAPS Team

This team was called the "FINISHERS" since they finished almost every thing on the cabins and cafeteria.  They completed so much in the week they worked at camp.  PTL!  Some small things remain to be finished but all the toilets and showers/sinks are in the cabins and the carpet is in the second floor of the cafeteria.  Plus, so much more was amazingly completed in this one week.  THANKS to all these men that worked so hard right to the end.  God has blessed this CAMP PROJECT with hard working teams from across the states.  This camp would not be what it is without their investment of time and money.  THANKS to all that have given to make this project possible.  We are so grateful for everyone that helped in so many ways!  Mostly all praise goes to the Lord for His faithfulness to provide for this project!

Women's Ministries

Women's Ministries in Lithuania continues to grow.  This month the spring meeting was in Svencionys.  
There were 130 women from 15 different churches in attendance.
It was so exciting to see all these women come together to grow in the Lord and visit with each other.  PTL!  
Svetlana and Lija are doing a great job leading this ministry.

Capital Christian Church, Sacramento, CA

We are thankful for the MAPS Construction team from Capital Christian.  This is not their first trip here and it was great to have them back again!  They helped finish four cabins and drywall and painting in the cafeteria.  They worked hard and got a lot done!

Psalm 46:10 – Be still and know that I am God…

Over the years this verse has been special to us.  It has reminded us often that God is in control.  We have had to choose to give Him that control when things have been stressful.  In 2006 and 2007 we were each diagnosed with cancer.  Now nine years later we are still cancer free.  PTL!  During that time of great challenge, this verse was a deep strength to us.  We are so thankful for God’s faithfulness, healing and recovery.

Two Playgrounds for Children at Camp

It is our dream to build two playgrounds at camp.  This one is for 6-12 year olds.  A team member from Pennsylvania works for Little Tikes.  The company will give us a 35% discount for the two playgrounds.  The second one is for 2-5 year olds.  A team will come from Pennsylvania to build the playgrounds in June 2016 if we can raise the funds.  

Will you help us raise $85,000 to build these playgrounds?  They will last for many years and be a blessing to the children.  We feel it is another way to express the love of Jesus to them.
