Ohio/Pennsylvania Team

Once again this team worked hard! They have been here before and Harry Lucik has faithfully led hard-working teams to Lithuania. We appreciate all the work this team has done to help the camp get ready.

Thanks to each one of you!!!!!!!

Walk in the Forest

One of the blessings God gave us with the location of our new home this term is a beautiful forest at the end of our street. Kristina, one of our dear Lithuanian friends, and Bette Sue had a nice walk the other day.

The fresh spring green colors were everywhere. You can even get a glimpse of the main city area from the path.

Looks like someone lives in the valley too. Thanks for the great pictures, Kristina!

Bob celebrated his birthday this month! His gift from Bette Sue came highly recommended by our nephew and niece, David and Treva Baltes. This is a game designed in Germany about a French village! We are enjoying playing it and introducing it to our friends. The nice thing is that two people can play it as well as groups. Happy Birthday, Bob!!!!!!!!!!

Shopping with the Ohio Team

Today turned out to be beautiful! It started with clouds and rain. After our lunch, it was wonderful! We even caught part of a wedding celebration at a nearby church.

People were out walking. The parks were full! The cafes are opening again. It was a very nice day in Old Town.

As you can see, some of the Ohio team were very serious shoppers!!!!! John, Harry and Tim have become experts at shopping with the vendors. We had a lot of fun!

Leaders Training Conference

Last Saturday Sharon McCammon's pastor and her pastor's Dad taught a Leadership Training conference in Kaunas. There were seven churches represented and over 150 in attendance. It was a great conference with many practical ideas to help build stronger and more effective leadership in the ministries in Lithuania. We are thankful for their investment in the work here.

Pastors Anthony (Dad from FL) and Tony (Sharon's pastor from OH) had some time to see the city too and learn about the history of Lithuania.

We enjoyed a few days of getting to know these pastors while they stayed a few days in our home.
