Indiana/Lithuanian Friends

Vit, Loreta, Gabriel and Maria came for vacation and visiting their family in Lithuania. They are Lithuanians but live in Indiana. Vit even found property that his family had years ago. It was a farm out in the middle of nowhere and they could not get to the land since things have overgrown so much. This family has such a heart for God to move in Lithuania.

Gabriel has created his own web page for the children's group at their church. It was fun to see Maria and Gabe again. They are growing up!

We appreciate this family and their dedication to the ministry here.

On the road again

We were privileged to go to Klaipeda and Mazeikiai for Bob to preach in two churches and Bette Sue to speak at a women's meeting. It was a very hot weekend! We even took our own fan into the first church to help stay cooler and still left soaking wet from the heat. God used the messages though and encouraged the people. We are thankful for His touch on lives.

We saw two interesting things on this trip. One is a big ant hill that was built up by gazillions of ants and now protected by this fence. They are still building!

The second was many stork nests. The babies are growing up now and about to leave the nest. This one has a full house and they posed for our picture.

Former student visits

Olga, Vilnius Theological College graduate, visited our home with her husband, Dima. It was great to get to know Dima.

They will be living in England. Olga is studying to be a Christian counselor and plans to come back to work in Lithuania after she receives her training.

It is nice to get in touch with former students and see how God is using them and how they are growing in Him. They shared their testimony of how God brought them together and His faithfulness in their lives. They met right in their home church in Visaginas.
