Team Lithuania and Convoy of Hope

Thanks to the donation of a container of food and other items from Convoy of Hope, our missionary team, TEAM LITHUANIA, the church, TC and the NCA team were able to reach many people in Jonava. Next week our missionary team will deliver goods to orphanages, TC centers, progams for needy families, and more.

Ladies from the Kaunas church made nearly 1,100 sandwiches that were given away to those at the park and the center for two days.

The children patiently waited outside the Jonava Children's Center to go in for crafts.

Children enjoyed the inflatable slide and families were happy to receive their COH packages.

It was a blessed outreach and time of loving others. For more pictures you can go to Face Book and look up Sharon McCammon's pictures. She has over 200 pictures posted.

NCA MINISTRY

Our home church, Northville Christian Assembly in Michigan, brought a fantastic team of hard workers to help us serve the community of Jonava. Our desire was to bless the people through a two-day carnival, Convoy of Hope food distribution, and let them know more about the Children's Center's ministry in this town.

God used these two days to do all these things and more! PTL! THANKS to NCA for coming to help us and the hard working members of the Kaunas church!!!!!!!!

On Monday, approximately 700 children and adults were at the carnival in the park. On Tuesday, our day began with rain and at first we were disappointed, BUT GOD turned into to good! We transferred all the craft/game items to the Children's Center and over 270 children and adults came there and now know where the center is located. God used the rain for His purposes.

The COH distribution gave food and other items to 470 families.

It was an exciting event! This was the first time our team has done anything like this and it was blessed by God!

Klaipeda

We had a good weekend of ministry in Klaipeda. This city is on the Baltic Sea and about a four-hour drive from our home.

You can't go any farther than that across Lithuania!

Bette Sue had a women's ministry meeting with some of the ladies on Saturday. Kristina (on left) and Bette Sue are standing in church with Tatjana, the Women's Ministry leader (next to Kristina), and Natasha, the Pastor's Wife (on the right).

Bob preached in church on Sunday and Sunday evening we showed the "Fireproof" film. We had an excellent weekend. The Lord touched lives in all of the events and we are thankful.

Churches like to honor people on their birthdays. There were many in the church that had July birthdays. It was nice to celebrate with all of them.

Youth Camp

Bob had the privilege of speaking at Youth Camp again this year. Their theme was "Mission Possible" and they talked about how to live victoriously for the Lord. It was a great week for them inspite of the rain and cold temperatures.

You can go to the following You Tube link to see a great video of the week.

Please pray for our youth that God would make them victorious as they choose to live for Him.
