While in Germany we were privileged to attend a reunion with the Youth With A Mission group Bob had originally gone into missions to work with. We saw some of his co-workers from 30 years ago! Seems like many were looking a bit "older" just like us!
It was so nice to be together and for Bette Sue to meet some of these friends for the first time. God blessed us with seeing the friends from the past and getting to meet some new friends for the future.
The reunion (In Touch Retreat) was held at Schloss Hurlach in the small village of Hurlach in southern Germany. Bob lived at this Baron's home in his first years in YWAM in the '70's. Bob has been in ministry overseas for 38 years!
The last two pictures show the dear couple, Edmond and Anka, that Bob lived with while learning German. The last picture is of Gitta, dear friend, minister, and his German language teacher.
