Kazuko Muge

The first weekend of March always brings vendors from all over Lithuania and other countries to a large outdoor market no matter what the weather is outside.  This year it was not real cold and Bette Sue enjoyed a day out with our friend, Lera Hamilton.

We ended buying matching hats since we both liked them

Vendors sell homemade items.  It is a great time to buy wooden pieces.

Vendors are spread out for many blocks in the Old Town area

Bette Sue was ready to shop!

This is black pottery that is an old tradition in this part of the world

These items are used during Easter time and blessed by the Priest.
Also, a very traditional item for Lithuania
