Kazuko Muge

Every year on the first weekend of March no matter what the weather is outside, the largest outdoor market happens in Vilnius, Lithuania.  Vendors come from all over Lithuania and other countries.  The items being sold are mainly hand-made and items of use for your home or personally.  It is the time to buy baskets, pottery, cutting boards, unique items from metal, paintings, etc.  This year Bob and Bette Sue went and had a great day together.  The weather was perfect!

Potato pancakes, sausage and kraut!

So many people and it was not even peak time yet.

Smoked fish

Slippers made from felt and other items are very popular

Music and hand-made gifts everywhere

Our friends, Jack and Lyra, were working at the booth for helping children with cancer
