We recently were able to visit the seaport city of Klaipeda. Bob preached at the Pentecostal Union church there and we got to visit with the pastor and his family. This city is on the Baltic Sea and has beaches that attract people for their summer vacations. We tend to think that in the summer our city empties on the weekends and they all go to Klaipeda to swim.
Also, we were able to have some time with one of our former Bible College students, Monika. She is from the area and now lives and works in Klaipeda.
The weekend was very enjoyable.
