AT CAMP AGAIN

We traveled to the campgrounds. (As you can see in the pictures, the way is through farmland and open fields. The sign shows that we are 6 kilometers from the camp. The red line shows we just left a small village.) Churches are getting ready for the summer ministry time and it was exciting to be back. (The third picture is the entrance to the camp property.)

There were two teams that came from Ohio and CA to work on the cabins. A lot of work got done in two weeks. PTL! Many odd jobs got done, the interior of the first cabin was done, and the second cabin's frame was finished. (It was like watching men put together a house with a giant Lincoln Log set.) It was exciting to watch them all work and they did work hard!!!!!!!

Once again we realized that we can't do this alone! We are thankful for the many people that have volunteered their time and money to help our camp and its facilities grow.

Also, we were pleasantly surprised with indoor plumbing in one of the outhouses!!!!!! They plan to put one more in so the girls and the boys each have a real toilet :)

We will keep you posted on the progress at camp throughout the summer. There is MUCH TO BE DONE and we need your prayers for this project to be completed.
